Proceeds from the Turkey Trot, Stuffing Strut and the Mashed Potato Mile benefit The Parade Company and help preserve the tradition of America's Thanksgiving Parade®!

This year, The Turkey Trot, Stuffing Strut and the Mashed Potato Mile, are presented by Fifth Third Bank, features:

• a NEW certified course for 2007 start and finish at Cobo Center
• Special reduced price for Race Day parking at Cobo Roof Top -- $3
• ChampionChip Timing for the Turkey Trot and Stuffing Strut.
• Packet pick-up at COBO Michigan Hall (Nov. 21, noon-7 pm.; Nov. 22, beginning at 6-7 am)
  
• and a specially-designated Runners' Bleacher Section!(limited availability)
• Sweatshirts for each entry (while supplies last)
• Costume and/or hat competition! Judging at 7:15 am.  We encourage everyone to wear a hat.
• Donate any can of food to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen

There will be a special award ceremony with a prize raffle, entertainment and a buffet. Awards will be presented to:

• Top 3 overall male and female finishers in the 10K and 5K races.
• Top 100 male and female finishers as well as runners whose race number ends in 25.

Online registration will CLOSE ON SATURDAY NOVEMBER 17, 2007

• You can also register during package pick-up at Cobo.
• Mail in registration must be postmarked by SATURDAY NOVEMBER 17, 2007

Results will be posted on Thanksgiving on www.runmichigan.com and determined by ChampionChip Timing for the Turkey Trot. Runners must return chips after the race or be subject to a $30 fee.
